We work by hand. Cleaning and aligning the optics, repairing the tubes and brass, finishing, step by step, with care. It is exacting, patient work, and that is where the difference lies.
We are a small workshop restoring and making telescopes by hand. To us a telescope is more than brass and glass: with the optics set right and the brass restored by hand, it looks true and, cared for, it lasts for generations. That is what our work is about.
We enjoy a full restoration most of all. Bringing a tired old refractor back to a true view and good brass is the best work there is.
